UST Lecture : 기계학습을 위한 비선형 프로그래밍 [2019]

기계학습을 위한 비선형 프로그래밍 과목은 비선형 최적화 이론과 이를 실제 문제에 적용하여 해결하기 위한 Python 기반 프로그래밍을 다루는 분야 입니다.
The nonlinear programming for machine learning is the lecture including the theory of nonlinear optimization and the Python-based programming applied to various practical problems.

본 과목의 수강을 위해서는 실은 매우 깊은 수학적 이해를 필요로 합니다.
보통 다음의 과목을 선수 과목으로 들어야 합니다.
This lecture needs the students who want to study it, should have a deep mathematical knowledge.
Generally, students should have studied the following lectures as a prerequisite subject.

- 집합론 (Set Theory)
- 위상수학 (Topology)
- 위상 수학중 Point-set Topology
- 선형 대수 (Linear Algebra)

그러나 본 과목의 강의를 해 본 결과, 해당 선수 과목을 수강하지 않은 학생들이 대다수인 관계로, 해당 선수과목을 수강하지 않았더라도 가급적 쉽게 해당 본 강의 내용을 이해할 수 있도록 하고자 합니다.
However, after the lecture on this subject, since the students who did not study the above prerequisite subject are so many, I'd like to give a lecture so easy that the students are able to understand the
core knowledge of the lecture.
